Cesc Fabregas has spoken of his disappointment at going off injured in the Burnley game.
The Arsenal captain scored a well-taken goal early in the game, and his side seemed to lose their way after he hobbled off late in the first half.
The Spaniard regrets the timing of the injury, saying that he felt he was in good form before it happened.
"It is a big shame because I was feeling good in the Burnley game and these things seem to happen when I am at the top of my game," Fabregas said.
"I think it is three times now that it has happened and it breaks your momentum a bit."
The 22-year-old would be a welcome return to the Arsenal side for their big game against Aston Villa next weekend, and he says he will do his best to make it back in time.
"I will be working as hard as I can over the Christmas period to be back for the game with Aston Villa."
