Crystal Palace are suffering from big financial problems lately and have come close to being put into administration this season, so their chairman Simon Jordan is willing to let Arsenal have the England U19 star Victor Moses at a cut-price £1m this January.
Today’s Daily Star says that Arsene Wenger tried to buy Moses in the summer, but Jordan was holding out for a massive £5m for the winger, which Wenger refused to pay as he is unprove at Premiership level.
Now that Jordan realises he needs some instant cash-flow, he is willing to drop his price for Moses to just £1m, with another £2m in performance-related bonuses if he makes it to the top at the Emirates.
But the Star also says that at that price Arsenal will not be the only bidders, with Tottenham, Everton and Wigan also keen on the highly promising winger.
